What CBD dosage should you choose?
The effective dosage depends on body weight and is calculated per kilogram of body weight. The only officially approved CBD-based medication, Epidiolex, recommends a dosage of 10 mg per 1 kg of body weight. However, even daily doses as low as 0.1-0.5 mg per 1 kg can be highly effective. In general, it is best to start with lower doses and gradually increase them.
