Hemp tea
Hemp teas are a natural source of cannabinoids (mainly CBD and CBG), flavonoids, minerals, and other beneficial compounds. Hemp tea is prepared as an infusion—pour 2 dl of boiling water over two teaspoons of the hemp blend and let it steep for 5 minutes. To enhance its effects, add a small piece of butter or a splash of milk, as cannabinoids dissolve in fats. The effects appear 1–2 hours after consumption and last 6–8 hours. Hemp tea provides effective relief from migraines and headaches and is excellent for deep sleep and relaxation. In Cannadorra’s selection, you’ll find pure hemp teas, flavored hemp teas for specific issues, and CBD hemp teas with a higher CBD content (up to 4%).

Types of hemp teas and how to choose the right one
Based on CBD content and strength of effects, the teas from Zelená Země’s selection can be divided into three categories:
- Designed for preventive drinking throughout the day
- Suitable for addressing specific health issues
Strong teas with high CBD content
- For therapeutic support
The most popular choice from our selection is CBD Extra Hemp Tea, which contains up to 4% CBD. However, if you are looking for a tea specifically for sleep, try Good Sleep Hemp Blend.
We recommend preparing hemp tea about an hour before bedtime. For maximum effect, you can add a small amount of fat (butter, coconut oil) to your cup, which helps cannabinoids bind and enhances their effects. However, the tea will still be effective even without added fat, as the blend contains about 10% hemp seeds, which release natural fats when infused with hot water, allowing CBD to bind.
All of our teas are 100% Czech-made, registered in the Czech Republic as dietary supplements, and most are organic (we support ecological farming). All Cannadorra´s products are also regularly tested by independent laboratories for cannabinoid content and other substances.

What’s the Difference Between Hemp Tea and CBD Tea?
Every hemp tea always contains a certain amount of CBD. The amount varies depending on which variety you choose. Generally, the rule is: the more CBD the tea contains, the less “visually attractive” it tends to be—the hemp herb is usually more brown in color. Conversely, the greener the hemp herb, the less CBD it usually contains.
In the Cannadorra range, you will find hemp teas with CBD content from 1.6% (for example, we have both 1.6% loose leaf and tea bags) up to 4% CBD (also available in tea bags and loose leaf form under the name CBD Tea Extra).
We also mix hemp blends with various ingredients, such as mint, which is great for digestion, or fruit, which is perfect for relaxation.
Is Hemp Tea Legal?
Is hemp tea legal? YES!
Hemp tea blends are legal to consume because the resulting infusion contains virtually no THC. The THC content in all our teas is so low that it falls below the detection limit. Moreover, Cannadorra teas are registered in accordance with the dietary supplements law and are regularly tested and inspected.

The History of Hemp Tea
In ancient India, hemp tea was known as Bhang and served as a ritual drink used to welcome guests, as well as for medicinal purposes. In Jamaica, Ganja tea has long been used for its therapeutic effects. Hemp was also an important element of traditional Chinese medicine. Today, interest in hemp and its varieties continues to grow, and more studies on the effects of THC and CBD are constantly being conducted. CBD in particular is becoming increasingly popular due to its beneficial impact on the human body.
