A smoothie idea full of plant-based protein and healthy carbohydrates. Boost your immunity with a fresh fruit drink. It tastes best chilled. Even kids will appreciate it.

Preparation
Place strawberries and blueberries (ideally fresh, but can be frozen) in a blender, add water/milk and a scoop of hemp protein, then blend.
You can flavour with honey or maple syrup.
Pour into a glass and add a tablespoon of hemp seeds.
