Beetroot is one of the healthiest vegetables. That's why we have prepared this veggie dish that is suitable for healthy lunch or dinner. Bon Appetit!

Cut the beetroot (1 big or 2-3 smaller ones) in small pieces and add the dried mushrooms, rome cumin, hemp salt and pepper. Steam the root beet for about 20-30 minutes. Add tofu (up to your taste) and hemp seeds and cook for 5 more minutes.
Serve with Quinoa or mashed potatoes.
