Apples taste the best in autumn. That is why we have prepared this healthy variation of a typical "autumn-cake" whose dough made from hemp seeds.

Preparation
Prepare the dough:
Make a dough from hemp seed, buckwheat flour, sugar, baking powder and curd and place it in a baking form.
Preparation of filling:
Mix 1 apple together with tofu and sugar. Grate the other 4 apples and add about 2/3 to the tofu mixture. Add the mixture on the top of the dough and sprinkle the cake with the rest of the grated apples and cinnamon.
Bake for 40 minutes at 175°C on the middle rack.
