Ingredients

12 g leaves -
of technical hemp
200 ml -
water
100 g -
sugar
400 ml -
milk
1 pc -
lemon

Preparation

  1. Finely chopped hemp leaves (hemp tea) dissolve in water, add also finely chopped lemon.
  2. Separately dissolve half a cup of sugar in two glasses of milk and mix with the previously obtained paste.
  3. Whisk half a cup of thick cream, whisk until beaten and thick.
  4. Then place the mixture in the ice mold and freeze.
