How does a gainer work?

A gainer provides the necessary energy to replenish glycogen stores in the muscles, which then support higher performance and endurance of the stressed body.

The hemp protein it contains also helps detoxify the body by stimulating the relevant organs to remove toxins. Regular use improves blood circulation, and the chlorophyll it contains cleanses the blood. Barley adds energy, strength, and resilience, and as a sweetener, it does not stimulate the pancreas.

How to take a gainer correctly?

GENERAL RECOMMENDATION for gainer dosage:

  • Sedentary lifestyle – 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight
  • Recreational athlete – 1 gram per kilogram of body weight
  • Endurance athlete – for example, marathon runners should consume 1.2–1.4 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight
  • Bodybuilding and strength sports – 1.5–1.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight

The maximum dose is 2 g of protein per kilogram of body weight. A single serving of protein should not exceed 30 g of protein.

One serving of hemp gainer is 30 g (1 scoop). The recommended daily dose is 1–2 scoops.
