Hemp - Sauerkraut pancakes

A typical Czech food full of vitamin C thanks to sauerkraut. Great as a healthy snack during the day or as a main dish.
Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp of hemp flour
- 1 handful of hulled seeds
- 500 g of sauerkraut (after draining 250 g)
- 250 g lard
- 350 g wheat flour (OR gluten-free flour and 1 egg)
- 1-2 tbsp of salt
How to:
Drain and cut the sauerkraut. Mix all the other ingredients into the flour to make a medium stiff dough. Roll the dough out evenly and put it on metal plate with hemp oil. Sprinkle the dough with hemp seeds and push them in the dough with a roller a little bit. In the end cut the dough in small shapes.
Bake for 30-40 minutes by 180°C. Let it cool before serving.
