Hemp bread with hemp seeds

Try baking your own bread at home - from hemp flour and hulled hemp seeds.
It tastes delicious with a fresh vegetable salad or as bruschetta with tomatoes and hemp seed oil. :-)

Preparation of yeast mixture:
* 100 ml of water
* 7 g (dry) yeast
* 1 teaspoon of sugar
Crumble the yeast in a bowl, add the sugar and fill up with the lukewarm water to create a liquid mixture.
Preparation of bread:
- Mix all ingredients up to and including salt (i.e. without yeast mixture, olive oil, and water).
- Add the yeast mixture and water and mix to a smooth dough. Let it rest covered with a cloth for about 30 minutes.
- Then knead the olive oil or hemp seed oil into the dough.

- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and sprinkle with a little wheat flour.
- Form bread from the dough, place it on the baking sheet and carve it a few times with a knife.
- Sprinkle some wheat flour on the dough and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- Take out and let cool.
✓ Wheat flour can also be replaced by gluten-free flour.
