Try a new taste variation of hemp protein shake - Chai Latte. Also ideal as a light dessert.
Ingredients
Preparation
1. Boil water and prepare a half-cup of chai latte.
2. Leave the chai latte steep for approx. for 8 minutes and let it cool.
3. Peel the banana and break it into pieces, peel and grind the ginger.
4. Add all ingredients to blender and mix for about 10 seconds.
