CBD toothpaste, spray with CBD, and CBD coconut oil is a trio of products that shouldn't be missing in any bathroom. Let's take a closer look at each product:

CBD toothpaste

This natural toothbrushing aid is fluoride-free - most conventional kinds of toothpaste contain sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS). This is usually referred to as E487 or sodium lauryl sulfate. It is a highly foaming substance and is implicated in various allergies, aphthae, and other health problems. Therefore, you will definitely not find this substance in our toothpaste.

It is also important to pay attention to proper technique when brushing your teeth, don't neglect it:

Put a small amount of toothpaste on your toothbrush. A pea-sized amount is enough for cleaning. Place the toothbrush against the neck of the tooth at a 45-degree angle. The bristles of the toothbrush should reach the space between the tooth and the gum. This is where plaque builds up the most, and if you don't remove enough plaque, it can lead to gingivitis and bleeding from the gums and interdental spaces.

And what movement to perform? You should try to brush with gentle vibrating movements and use them to scrape plaque off your teeth. The idea is not to brush your teeth horizontally and thus abrade your tooth enamel with more pressure. If you find it difficult to perform the vibrating motion at first, you can start with small circular movements and gradually build up to the vibration. In this way, you will clean the front and back surfaces of your teeth. Do not forget to clean the biting surfaces of the teeth; simply clean them in a horizontal motion.

CBD spray

The instructions for use are really simple: If you want to clean your mouth with natural hemp oil with natural CBD content, fill a tablespoon with it and try holding the oil in your mouth for at least 10 minutes (but ideally up to twice as long) and rinsing the entire inside of your mouth with it. This way, the oil gets to all the places in your mouth and has a chance to really work and bind harmful bacteria to itself.

Finally, it is important to remember that Cannabidiol is just entering the public consciousness, and many of its other effects are still awaiting clinical verification.
