The delicacy of frozen yogurt and peanut butter

Composition:

• 1 cup peanut butter
• 900 g vanilla yogurt
• 10 drops of CBD oil

Preparation:

1. Put peanut butter in a microwave bowl. Cover the bowl and heat 30 seconds. Stir the butter. Repeat until peanut butter has melted and flowed.
2. Mix yogurt and CBD with peanut butter. Mix thoroughly to ensure that the CBD is thoroughly mixed.
3. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or molds for ice.
4. Leave in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until completely frozen.

Peanut and honey treat

 

What you need:

• 2/3 tablespoon coconut oil
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1 cup oats
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 1 cup wheat flour
• 1 cup regular flour
• 10 drops of CBD oil

Actions:

1. Heat pipe to 170 degrees
2. Mix together coconut, peanut butter, honey, broth, and CBD
3. In a separate bowl, sift together the wheat and universal flour. Add oats.
4. Mix the dry ingredients until they are wet until fully combined.

Composition:

• 2 1/2 cups oats
• 1/3 cup coconut oil
• 3 tablespoons of peanut butter
• 10 drops of CBD oil
• 1/2 cup chopped coconut

Cooking method:

1. Mix together the coconut, peanut butter, oat, and CBD hemp oil. (It is recommended to mix the food processor, but you can do it manually).
2. Dial a portion of the spoon and roll it up to small balls.
3. Sprinkle each ball with coconut.
4. Place on a baking sheet and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

Yummy from sweet potatoes

 

What you need:

• 2 medium sweet potatoes, cooked and chilled
• 1/2 cup coconut flour
• 1/2 cup coconut oil or bacon grease
• 1 egg
• 10 drops of CBD oil
• 1 - 2 tablespoons of water

Cooking:

1. Heat pipe to 170 degrees
2. Stir all ingredients together. If necessary, add additional coconut flour to achieve the desired consistency.
3. Form into balls with a diameter of about 2.5 cm. And flatten with your hand.
4. Place the flattened balls on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
5. Bake for about 20 minutes. Refrigerate before serving.

Frozen pumpkin treat

 

Composition:

• 1 cup pumpkin puree
• Greek yogurt
• 10 drops of CBD oil

Cooking:

1. Mix pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt and CBD oil.
2. Pour the mixture into a silicone mold or ice mold.
3. Freeze min for 2 hours
4. Store in the freezer before serving.
