How to take Chaga?
Take 1–2 capsules daily with a sufficient amount of water. Chaga is a neutral mushroom — it does not have a strongly energising or calming effect, so it can be taken at any time of the day. It is most often recommended in the morning as part of a daily ritual. The capsules are plant-based, made from hypromellose, so they are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. We recommend taking it 5 days a week with a 2-day break.

When can you expect the effect?
