The basic CBD sleep drops contain CBD and lemongrass extract, which is known for its calming effects. The EXTRA sleep drops contain 10% CBD, 5% CBG and 1% CBN, which further enhances their calming effects. Both are 10 ml packs containing 250 drops. It is recommended to take 0.5-1 drop per 10 kg body weight 1-2 hours before bedtime. For maximum effect, the drops should be taken orally - under the tongue. Do not drink or eat for a few minutes after taking the drops. To increase the effect, hemp tea can be taken 2 hours before bedtime to help you fall asleep.
