How to take the capsules?
Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening with a sufficient amount of water. Splitting the dose is intentional — some ingredients support energy and focus during the day, while others work in a calming and regenerative way at night. The maximum daily dose is 2 capsules. The capsules are plant-based, so they are suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
When will I see a difference?
Herbal extracts and vitamins do not work instantly — the body needs time to create a new balance. Most women notice the first changes, especially in sleep quality and reduced hot flushes, after approximately 2–4 weeks of regular use. The full effect on hormonal balance, mood and skin condition usually becomes noticeable after 6–8 weeks. The product is designed for long-term use.
