If your order is missing an item, please let us know immediately so we can send a replacement item.

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours (for weekdays) after your order. We do not ship orders on weekends or Czech holidays.

Yes! We will send you a confirmation email when your package is shipped. If you need a tracking number, you can always contact us and get your number.

First, check your spam folder as our confirmations are generated automatically - sometimes this is a red mark for email clients. If the email is in the spam folder, make sure you add Cannadorra to your address book. If the confirmation does not exist, check that the data you provided is correct and contact us at info@cannadorra.com or at our online chat, if the problem persists.

We will send you an e-mail confirming your order as soon as it is completed through our website. This e-mail will contain a description of your order, an invoice number and bank account number if you have any questions or concerns. Be sure to keep this email as requests without the reference number may be delayed.

Your card will be charged immediately after your bank's security checks and Cannadorra has been approved. When refusing your credit card, you always have the option of paying by bank transfer.
