BCP capsules – natural balance for body and mind

BCP capsules contain natural plant oils and extracts that are flavoured with substances naturally containing beta-caryophyllene (BCP) – a natural aromatic compound commonly found, for example, in black pepper or cloves.

The product contains no added isolated BCP, only natural oils that contain this substance in its natural form.
The combination of plant extracts, DHA and vitamins D3 and K2 contributes to everyday balance and overall well-being.

What the capsules contain:

• Schizochytrium sp. marine algae oil 400 mg/capsule (of which 150–160 mg DHA) – a natural source of the omega-3 fatty acid DHA**, important for brain function.
• Clove bud extract – a natural antioxidant.
• Black pepper fruit extract – helps the absorption of plant ingredients.
• Plant oil naturally containing beta-caryophyllene (BCP) 100 mg/capsule – a natural ingredient supporting inner balance.
• Vitamins D3 (1000 IU (25 µg) – 500 % NRV) and K2 (75 µg – 100 % NRV) – contribute to the normal function of the immune system, bones and blood vessels.*

**DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) is a key omega-3 fatty acid that contributes to the normal function of the brain, vision and heart. An adequate intake is important for the development of the brain and eyes.

About BCP (beta-caryophyllene):

Beta-caryophyllene is a natural aromatic compound commonly found in spices and plants. According to the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA, 2014), this substance is considered a safe flavouring for use in food.
In the USA, BCP is listed as GRAS – Generally Recognized as Safe - LINK HERE.

According to scientific publications (Gertsch et al., 2008; EFSA 2014; PMC10375362), the usual daily intake of BCP from food ranges from 10–200 mg per day, i.e. within the range of normal consumption of traditional plants.
Substances naturally containing BCP are generally recognised as safe flavourings for use in food in both the EU and the USA.
