Hemp Burger is a loose mix for preparing vegan meatballs and burgers, made from nutritious hemp protein, hulled hemp seeds and fava beans. It also contains gluten-free oats, vegetables (carrots, parsnips, leeks, onions) and herbs.
The prepared burger has a “meaty” consistency, is rich in fiber and protein (11.8 g per 100 g), does not contain any preservatives or animal ingredients – it is 100% vegan and gluten-free.

🧑🍳 Instructions for preparing Vegan Hemp Burger
You will need:
- 250 g Hemp Burger mix
- 360 ml water
- approx. 12.5 ml oil (e.g. olive, hemp)
- Optional: fresh vegetables, herbs or plant-based cheese for flavoring
Procedure:
- Mix the mixture with water and oil.
In a bowl, mix 250 g of the dry mix with 360 ml of water and add approx. 12.5 ml of oil. Let stand for 20 minutes so that the mixture swells and the flavors combine. - Shape as desired.
Shape the prepared mixture into burgers, patties or balls – depending on what you like. - Fry in a pan.
Fry the finished shapes on both sides in a pan until golden brown, or bake in the oven on baking paper. - Season to taste.
You can enrich the mixture with fresh herbs, vegetables or plant-based cheese - it's up to you.
✨ TIP:
From one batch you can prepare up to 625 g of the finished mixture with a pleasantly "meaty" texture - great for vegan burgers and falafel-style balls.
