CBD full spectrum is made from hemp and contains many cannabinoids, in addition to CBD, including THC, along with other elements of hemp plants, including naturally occurring terpenes, essential vitamins, fatty acids, protein and more. Often you can find CBD full-spectrum called "CBD extract".

An alternative to CBD full-spectrum  is the CBD isolate, which contains only CBD - the CBD molecule is chemically isolated from all  other active substances in the plant. In our assortment, this oil is called crystallized. CBD isolates do not contain THC, a well-known chemical in hemp that creates a euphoric effect, and these isolates are devoid of other beneficial and nutritive substances such as terpenes, flavonoids, vitamins, and protein mentioned above.

 

Is CBD full-spectrum oil better than CBD isolate?

CBD isolate can be compared to bread, which lacks most of its nutritional value. Each cannabinoid and terpene found in the hemp plant has a certain biochemical effect, and studies have shown that there is a great benefit when the entire spectrum of compounds works together, causing the so-called “entourage effect”.

In particular, scientists in a 2015 study conducted at the Hadassah School at Hebrew University in Jerusalem concluded that CBD full-spectrum oil is more effective in treating inflammation than CBD isolate, since other components in the full-spectrum extract are synergistic (i.e. mutually reinforcing) are related to CBD.
