Turmeric omelette with hemp seeds

A healthy idea for breakfast that your whole family can enjoy! A dish full of vitamins and protein is a great start for your day!
1. Fry onion, spring onion and garlic on ghee until light brown.
2. Beat the eggs and season them with hemp salt, cheese, turmeric and herbs.
3. Put the eggs in the pan and cook for about 10 minutes.
4. Decorate the omelette with cheese, hemp seeds and spring onions before serving.
