Risotto with avocado and hemp seeds

Risotto with avocado and hemp seeds is a light lunch full of vitamins. One portion will give you a enough energy for the whole afternoon.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup of brown rice
- 2 tbsp. of hemp seeds
- 1 avocado
- 1 clove of garlic
- ½ tbsp hemp seed oil
- 1 tbsp. water
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- pepper, salt
How to:
To boiled and strained brown rice add ¾ avocado, roasted garlic, lemon juice, and dashes of water and hemp seed oil. Mix everything gently together. Add salt, pepper according to your taste and top it off with hemp seeds.
