Ingredients

40g -
of hulled hemp seed (soak for 15 minutes)
80g -
cashew nut (soak for 8 hours)
1-2 -
bananas
1 -
avocado
2 tablespoons -
honey or maple syrup
100ml -
of water
1 tablespoon -
of lemon juice
Vanilla powder
Hemp seeds, sugar and cinnamon to sprinkle

Preparation

1. Puree all ingredients in the blender and freeze for at least 12 hours.

2. Sprinkle with hemp seed, sugar and cinnamon just before serving.
