Ingredients

1 cup -
of yogurt
1/4 cup -
hulled hemp seeds
3 slices -
of cucumber
pinch -
of salt
2 cups -
of club soda, chilled
ice

Preparation

  1. Mix yogurt, hemp and cucumber.
  2. Add club soda and ice cream to half-filled glasses with spoons.
  3. This drink is a great way to replenish electrolytes.
