Dosage and preparation of the hemp tea

The recommended dosage of the hemp tea Good Sleep is 2 cups of tea, approximately 600 ml per day. For best effect, drink 1-2 hours before bedtime. The mixture is prepared as an infusion - i.e. 1 tablespoon of the mixture pour 3 dl of boiling drinking water and leave to infuse for 3-5 minutes. Then strain and consume. Add a knob of butter or coconut oil to the mixture for maximum effectiveness.

Possible adverse/side effects

Generally, the side effects of CBD are not well known as they are almost non-existent. Even so, we recommend that you start taking the product gradually.
