What is the difference between organic and non-organic oil?
Unlike the 500ml BIO hemp oil, this product is non-organic - meaning the product has not been produced according to organic farming principles. However, this does not mean that it is of lower quality. We have certainly not compromised on quality. The only thing we have discounted is the product's price, which may now be even lower!
What are the effects of hemp oil 500 ml?
Hemp oil has a balanced ratio of unsaturated omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, phytosterols and chlorophyll content. In addition to essential fatty acids (EFAs), it contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, C and E (in the form of tocopherols), phytin (used in medicine to treat anaemia), the additional antioxidant chlorophyll and lecithin.
The oil's substances, vitamins and minerals help maintain healthy skin, cholesterol and blood glucose levels, harmonise bodily processes and thus support natural immunity.

How to use the oil?
Ideally, on a spoon - 1 - 2 tablespoons a day is recommended to replenish the necessary vitamins, minerals and unsaturated fatty acids in your body.
What is it used for?
It can be prepared in a thousand ways, you can also take inspiration from our recipes. However, we recommend using it rather in a cold kitchen to avoid the degradation of vitamins and minerals.
The most popular way is to add it to salads or just on bread.
Our favourite recipe is bread with hemp oil sprinkled with a bit of hemp seed.
Where to buy hemp seed oil 500?
Hemp oil can be purchased at any health food store. Cannadorra's hemp oil, which is extremely tasty, can also be purchased on the Cannadorra website or from one of its customers.
How to store hemp oil in 500 ml?
Store the hemp oil in a cool and dark place at a maximum temperature of 16°C.
After opening 3-5 months can be used internally. After that, it is suitable for external use. Close the bottle carefully.
Does hemp oil 500 ml contain CBD?
No, hemp oil does not contain CBD or CBG. If you are interested in the effects of CBD, please go to the CBD oils (drops) category.

| Hemp oil | It has a natural Omega 3 content (including Omega 3 SDA = a more potent form of Omega 3). It has one of the lowest saturated fats and the highest content of Polyunsaturated fats (essential fatty acids) among all table oils. It contains 6 GLA (usually found in evening primrose oil). It also contains the ideal "golden" ratio of Omega 6 to Omega 3. |
| Olive oil | Hemp oil has 40% less saturated fat than olive oil. Olive oil contains almost no Omega 3. In fact, hemp oil has 25 times more Omega 3 than olive oil. |
| Rapeseed oil | Rapeseed oil has 50% less Omega 3 than hemp oil. It is often used for frying. |
