Ingrédients : Huile de graines de chanvre, CBD (Cannabidiol)
Volume : 250 ml

Dosage et utilisation de l'huile de CBD pour chevaux

Comment utiliser : Ajoutez la dose recommandée à l'alimentation du cheval.

Dosage quotidien recommandé :
Le dosage varie en fonction du poids du cheval, avec une dose maximale de 0,1 mg de CBD par kg de poids corporel par jour. Chaque 1 ml de produit contient 4 mg de CBD, ce qui équivaut à 1 ml pour 40 kg de poids corporel.

Par exemple :

Poney (100 à 300 kg) : 10-30 mg de CBD (2,5-7,5 ml de produit)
Chevaux moyens (300-500 kg) : 30-50 mg de CBD (7,5-12,5 ml de produit)
Grands chevaux (500 à 700 kg) : 50-70 mg de CBD (12,5-17,5 ml de produit)

Pelle incluse : L'emballage comprend une pelle de 30 ml pour un dosage facile et précis.

We have been using CBD oil for a few months now for my horse with headshaking, and I really have to thank you for this product and your advice. The symptoms have eased; the head tossing in the stall and in the paddock has almost disappeared, and under the saddle it is much better. However, we are still dependent on wearing a mask and on favorable weather conditions. We have a civic association called “View from the Saddle”, and finally children can come and stroke and handle the horse without worry.

Hello, is it possible to use CBD in horses with glaucoma by applying drops directly into the eyes as well as adding the drops to their feed? Would this approach have any meaningful effect? Thank you for your response. Rebecca Moore

Hello, we do not recommend applying CBD oil directly into the eyes, as it is not intended for ocular use and could cause irritation. However, oral use by adding it to feed does make sense, as it works systemically. Some owners also gently apply a small amount externally to the eyelids or around the eye, never into the eye itself. This approach may have supportive benefits, but the horse’s reaction should always be monitored.
