Orders are usually processed within 24 hours (for weekdays) after your order. We do not ship orders on weekends or Czech holidays.

First, check your spam folder as our confirmations are generated automatically - sometimes this is a red mark for email clients. If the email is in the spam folder, make sure you add Cannadorra to your address book. If the confirmation does not exist, check that the data you provided is correct and contact us at info@cannadorra.com or at our online chat, if the problem persists.

We will send you an e-mail confirming your order as soon as it is completed through our website. This e-mail will contain a description of your order, an invoice number and bank account number if you have any questions or concerns.
