My personal alternative to oatmeal. I love the slightly nutty taste. Sprinkle the hemp seeds over salads, pasta, eat them as cereal with fresh fruit, walnuts, and milk - just delicious. From tomorrow, the hemp seeds cereal will be enriched with 1 teaspoon of hemp oil. I am 69 years old and have learned to appreciate the valuable hemp products two years ago after a stroke. (Personal single result) The breakfast is supplemented with two cups of hemp tea.
