Returns / Complaints

• Unused and undamaged goods can be returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment without giving a reason.
• All products must be sent back in their original packaging and in their original condition.
• Please send the products to our address together with the completed return form:

Notice: Postage and packaging costs are paid by the customer at their own expense. This does not apply if the customer receives defective goods or goods different from those ordered.

Before sending any goods back, please inform us of this by e-mail at info@cannadorra.com.

Please also include in the e-mail/letter whether you would like to reserve different goods. In the case of an exchange, we send the goods within 10 days.
