Salmon oil is obtained by gentle cold pressing, thanks to which it retains a high content of valuable omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. These essential fatty acids are an important part of the daily nutrition of dogs and cats, because the body cannot produce them in sufficient quantity.

Salmon oil is not only very tasty, but at the same time it is a simple way to enrich ordinary feed with a quality source of healthy fats. Regular feeding supports healthy skin, a shiny coat, vitality and the overall condition of the animal.

Why give salmon oil to animals?

Salmon oil is a natural source of omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, which support the proper functioning of the body and are important especially for healthy skin, a quality coat and overall vitality.

When is it appropriate to add salmon oil to the feed?

• during the moulting period,

• for older animals as part of a balanced diet.

How to give the oils correctly?

• Start with a smaller dose and move to the recommended dosage over a few days.
• Give it regularly every day – the effect of quality fatty acids appears gradually.
• You can (and we warmly recommend it) alternate the oils during the year, so that the animal receives a wider spectrum of omega fatty acids and other naturally contained nutrients. It is very useful to alternate during the year with hemp oil and flaxseed oil.
• After opening, store the oil in a cool and dark place, ideally at a temperature below 16 °C, so that it retains its quality.

How to dose salmon oil for dogs?

Mix into the feed. The recommended dosage is 5 ml (1 teaspoon) per every 10 kg of body weight daily.

How to dose salmon oil for cats?

The recommended dosage is 2–5 ml daily according to the size and needs of the cat.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE: Store in a cool and dark place (max. 16 °C). Use within 5 months after opening.
