Athletes take it 20–30 minutes before training; otherwise 1–2 capsules in the morning or late morning are enough. The recommended rhythm is 5 days of use and 2 days off, as a 3-month course followed by a 2–4 week break.

🍄 Lion's Mane (Hericium) capsules, 60 pcs
The only natural substance demonstrably linked to the production of nerve growth factor (NGF), which the brain needs to renew nerve cells. It targets memory, concentration and clear thinking – ideal for brain fog or work where you can't let your attention slip. 1–2 capsules in the morning or late morning, 20 minutes before a meal, in the same 5 + 2 day rhythm.

🍄 Reishi capsules, 60 pcs
A mushroom that has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for more than two thousand years – here it balances out the other two. It supports immunity and helps the body settle into a state of calm. It works best about an hour before bed, 1–2 capsules, again in the rhythm of 5 days of use and 2 days off.
