Dosage of CBD oil
The recommended dosage of CBD 2% oil is 1 drop once a day (but the further dosage can be individually adjusted depending on the problem). CBD 2% drops should be dropped under the tongue, waited 60 seconds and then swallowed. However, it can also be added to mashed fruit or fresh smoothies. If you are taking other medications, it is recommended that you allow at least 20 minutes between taking your medication and CBD oil. What is the correct dosage of CBD?
Possible adverse/side effects
In general, the side effects of CBD are not well known, as there are hardly any. However, we still recommend that you start taking the product gradually, and if you experience any side effects of CBD, such as tiredness, nausea, dizziness or headaches.
