Vegetable salad with hemp seeds
Would you like to prepare something light and healthy? Try this simple and quick salad recipe which is suitable either as a main course or as a side-dish.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup of hemp seeds hulled
- hemp seed oil
- Hemp salt with green pepper and wild garlic
- 1 cup cucumber
- 2 spring onions
- 1/4 cup red onions
- 2 tomatoes
- lemon juice
- dill
How to:
Peel and dice the cucumber and tomatoes. Chop the spring and red onion into small pieces. Mix all the ingredients together and season it with flavored hemp salt, dill, and lemon. In the end, add a few drops of hemp seed oil and sprinkle with hulled hemp seeds for a higher nutritional value.
