Most hemp users know CBD, but what about CBG? Many people do not even know that such a substance in hemp exists at all. And, no wonder, CBG appears to be in the background of more familiar CBD and THC cannabinoids. It is practically a building block for CBD, THC and other cannabinoids. What makes CBG so unique and what are the effects?

CBG - what is it?

CBG - Cannabigerol is one of the hundreds of cannabinoids discovered in a hemp plant. CBG arises as a result of the effect of heat on cannabigerol acid (CBGA), which converts to CBG cannabigerol. Many substances, including THC, CBD and CBC, are produced thanks to the CBG. It can be said that CBG is a so-called "hemp herb stem cell". CBG is a non-narcotic substance.

CBGa - how it changes to CBDa and THCa

This is done by using certain enzymes when the CBGA acid forms become THCA, CBDA and CBCA. These enzymes are called synthases (THC synthase, CBD synthase, etc.). Practically it is due to heating or drying of the herb.

The discovery of CBG and its benefits to humans

Cannabigerol (CBG) is a type of cannabinoid that was discovered in the 1960s and was used primarily for people with central nervous system disorders including neurological disorders, skin conditions, chronic pain, and more.

The CBG is not psychoactive, it does not have an intoxicating effect. It acts on two cannabinoid receptors (CB1 and CB2) - which is its common property with CBD.

CBG can also affect the body by increasing anandamide levels. Anandamide is a naturally occurring cannabinoid that helps control many biological functions such as appetite, sleep, and memory. One of the great features is that it helps the brain regulate the activity of the neurons. CBG has been shown to block serotonin receptors, indicating an important role in the treatment of depression. Because CBG can have no risk of affecting the central nervous system, it has generated a great deal of potential healthcare.

CBG Oil and CBG Tea – effects

The effects of CBG are still under investigation, but the list is impressive and growing.

CBG hemp herb is grown and handed down in Bohemia in the Central Bohemian region under conditions of organic farming. The French variety Santhica is specially grown for the high content of CBG and practically no THC content. From this herb is then manufactures hemp tea or CBG oil.

CBG hemp oil harmonizes the basic processes in the body, thus supporting its natural defenses. It has relaxing effects.

It has a positive effect on the heart, the muscles, the joints, the skin and also the level of cholesterol and glucose in the blood. Thanks to the tea, you give your body deep regeneration, psychological well-being and good digestion. It does not act narcotically.

CBG is a very promising substance that can give us a lot. That's why we have included CBG oil in our assortment besides CBG tea.
