Are you interested in what is hemp protein? Thinking about buying it, but are not you sure which one is the best? In today's article, we will bring you closer to the use of hemp proteins and a comparison with other proteins.

Why is hemp protein so unique?

Hemp proteins are unique in the plant world by containing all 23 amino acids occurring in nature, including 8 essential ones, which are necessary for the body and are only available in the nutrient. In addition, you will find the perfect balance of all unsaturated fatty acids omega 3, 6 and 9. For example, linoleic acid and linolenic acid are essential for the exchange of electrical impulses in tissues.

Hemp protein is also rich in fiber (about 20%). Hemp creates a alkaline environment in the body and helps detoxify the body by removing poisonous toxins and heavy metals from the body. Regular use then improves blood circulation and the contained chlorophyll cleans the blood. It is a natural source of vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B6, C, D and E. A high proportion of antioxidants, calcium, magnesium, zinc, and iron are also important.

How to use hemp protein?

1. As for the intention to increase muscle mass: within 30 min. after training drink a cocktail rather with a predominance of carbohydrates, where it is approx. 15-25% of proteins (HEMP GAINER 25%).

2. If it is necessary to add protein to normal daily intake, then take a protein approx. 1 to 1.5 hours after exercise, which has about 50% protein (HEMP PROTEIN BIO) and possibly later than two hours after exercise, even a high protein percentage (up to 90%).

3. If the intention is to lose weight, take, for example, 45-50% protein (BIO HEMP PROTEIN, KAKAO / KOKOS PROTEIN) already within 30 min after exercise.

4. To add energy, take it during the day and before the exercise: HEMP GAINER 25% can be mixed with one banana.

5. For sowing as a substitute for one meal during the day: mix the protein with vegetables - spinach, carrot, beetroot, avocado or fruit - banana, raspberries, avocado and add to a cocktail hemp seeds.

For salty cocktail – BIO hemp protein

For sweet cocktail – BIO hemp protein, hemp protein coconut/cocoa, hemp GAINER
