Can I give my pet human CBD oil?
For human CBD oils, it is appropriate to determine whether it is a full-spectrum product. These are products that contain, in addition to CBD, a whole spectrum of other cannabinoids (CBG, CBN, but also THC up to 0.2% for example). Multiple cannabinoids together create an even more potent cocktail that can then better help with various ailments and imbalances in the human body.
Of course, beware of the certifications and analyses that should always be available for human CBD oils, which will prove the safety and authenticity of the product.
Endocannabinoid system of humans vs. animals
Above we have clarified what the endocannabinoid system is and how CBD works in it - it is important to know that animals have the highest number of receptors in the brain and are therefore more sensitive to the cannabinoids delivered. They can become toxic more quickly even with much lower doses of cannabinoids, especially if THC is involved. It is therefore extremely important that animals only use THC-free products.
CBD oils for dogs
Officially register CBD oils for dogs as veterinary products only if they have zero THC content. Cannadorra's CBD oil for animals is a registered veterinary product.
What kind of CBD oil is best for dogs?
Thanks to the already approved registration, the use of Cannadorra's animal CBD oils is safe for your four-legged pets. You can choose from three different concentrations, which makes the oils even safer for small dogs (up to 5 kg), for which the weakest 2% concentration is suitable, and conversely more convenient for larger dogs (over 20 kg), where thanks to the oils with higher concentrations, the dosage can be kept low and there is no need to administer dozens of drops. Usually a dose of 2-3 drops twice a day is sufficient. But the dosage still remains very individual and should be gradually adjusted according to the needs and ideally in consultation with a veterinarian.
