TOP recipe number 1 - Hemp milk

Hemp milk is definitely 1 among our TOP hemp recipes. It is the most popular in terms of taste and also the difficulty of preparation because absolutely everyone can prepare it. 

For its preparation you will need:

  • 3-4 cups of water
  • 1 cup peeled hemp seeds
  • Salt - try organic hemp salt (not necessary, but it adds flavour and minerals to the mixture)

For flavouring, you can add vanilla beans, honey, dates, maple syrup or fresh fruit according to your taste.

Preparation of TOP recipe number 1:

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until a smooth, creamy mixture is formed. This can be stored in a sealed bottle in the fridge for 3-4 days.

TOP recipe number 2 - Hemp pesto

Try this hemp recipe for a healthy sauce that you can use to flavour pasta and you'll have a tasty lunch for the whole family!

For the hemp pesto you will need:

  • Fresh basil (30 g)
  • Hulled hemp seeds (approx. 40 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast (1 tablespoon)
  • Olive oil (approx. 40 ml)
  • Garlic (3 cloves)
  • Salt
  • Pepper 


Roast the hemp seeds until golden brown in a pan. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend. The resulting pesto can be used with any dish.

Hummus is on the rise right now and so is hemp in the kitchen. It is the perfect healthy spread for your bread. Try hemp hummus and we promise you'll never want to have a weeknight dinner again.

To prepare the hummus you will need:

  • 2-3 cups canned chickpeas, thoroughly rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup tahini (sesame paste)
  • 1 fresh squeezed lemon (about 3 tablespoons)
  • 1 finely chopped clove of fresh garlic
  • 1/4 cup shelled hemp seeds
  • 2-3 chopped sprigs of fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil or water


  • Place all ingredients except parsley, olive oil, salt and pepper in a food processor.
  • Blend and slowly add just enough olive oil or water to create a creamy texture.  
  • Olive oil produces a richer, heavier hummus with a fuller flavour; water, by contrast, allows for a lighter, lower-fat result. Choose yourself.
  • Add salt and pepper and mix again. Continue until everything is seasoned to your taste. Finally, garnish everything with fresh parsley.
  • Serve with tortilla chips, crudités or crackers, for example. Hemp hummus is also delicious with toast!

TOP recipe number 4 - Garlic and avocado toast with hemp seeds and crushed chilli peppers

So this recipe sounds spicy. Garlic Avocado Toast is especially for those who really appreciate chilli in their food.

What you'll need:

  • 4 slices of sourdough bread
  • 6-8 roasted garlic cloves
  • 1 large avocado, thinly sliced or mashed
  • Peeled hemp seeds
  • Crushed red chillies
  • Salt and pepper (Hemp Salt and Seasonings)


  • Toast the bread slices in a toaster.
  • Rub them with roasted garlic cloves.
  • Place the avocado slices on top, or spread the mashed avocado.
  • Sprinkle with any amount of hemp seeds, crushed red pepper, salt and pepper.

You can bake with hemp. Innovate even your favourite banana muffins with a new taste thanks to hemp.

What you need for TOP recipe number 5:

  • 3/4 cup almond crumble
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 
  • 1 large ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 egg
  • 1tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk (or other milk)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts


  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a muffin tin.
  • Mix almond crumbles, coconut flour, hemp seeds, cinnamon, salt and soda in a large bowl.
  • Whisk the remaining ingredients (except nuts) in a small bowl.
  • Add the "wet ingredients" to the dry ingredients and mix to combine into a dough.
  • Squeeze the nuts into the batter.
  • Place the batter in the muffin tin and bake for about 15 minutes until the surface starts to turn golden.
  • Remove the muffins from the oven and allow them to cool. Enjoy!

Mashed potatoes with parmesan and CBD is exactly what you should try for your family's lunch menu! It's a very tasty recipe that also contains beneficial CBD... 


  • 8 cups of pre-prepared mashed potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup whipping cream
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (we prefer original Parmigiano Reggiano)
  • 2 teaspoons salt and pepper
  • 5 ml CBD oil

Preparation of mashed potatoes with parmesan and CBD:

  • In the bowl of a stand mixer, mix mashed potatoes with butter, whipping cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and a drizzle of CBD oil.
  • Whisk all ingredients until pureed.
  • Transfer the mashed potatoes to a medium-sized baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick spray beforehand.
  • Sprinkle the mashed potatoes evenly with parmesan cheese and bake at 200°C.
  • Let the potatoes cool slightly before serving.

TOP recipe number 7 is a Sweet recipe with CBD. CBD coconut oil is used instead of straight CBD oil to make CBD chocolate chip cookies. Plus, all the ingredients are gluten-free because the recipe calls for grain-free flour. Almond butter is a great flavour carrier for these cookies.

  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ½ cup coconut sugar
  • 90 ml melted CBD coconut oil
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¾ cup dark chocolate


  • Preheat the oven to 175°C.
  • Line an 8×8 baking pan with non-stick baking paper.
  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Gently stir in chocolate chips using a wooden or silicone spatula.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Remove the bars from the oven and allow them to cool to room temperature.
  • Divide them into several pieces according to your taste.

TOP recipe number 8 - Spaghetti with hemp oil

What you need for Spaghetti with hemp oil:

  • 4 tablespoons of hemp seeds
  • 1/2 dl hemp oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic - pressed
  • 1 organic lemon - use its grated peel
  • 1 red chilli pepper cut into rings
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 100 spinach seeded
  • 100 g grated cheese


  • Roast the hemp seeds in a pan without oil for about 3 minutes, and let cool.
  • In a bowl, mix the hemp oil, garlic, lemon zest, chilli and hemp seeds, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente, and add the spinach. Set aside about 100ml of the water thus seasoned, drain the spaghetti and spinach then add to the hemp oil along with the reserved water, and stir to serve. Grate the Sbrinz cheese on top.

TOP recipe number 9 - Date, banana and coconut smoothie with hemp seeds and almonds

Smoothie is a great healthy snack! How about adding dates, bananas, coconut, almonds and hemp seeds? Of course, it's delicious!

For the preparation you will need:

  • 2 tablespoons peeled hemp seeds
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 4 fresh, pitted dates
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • A drop of vanilla extract + almonds and hemp seeds to serve


  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend finely.
  • Taste and add additional spices or sweetener as needed.
  • Pour into a glass, and add crushed almonds with hemp seeds. Enjoy!

TOP recipe number 10 - Vegan "meat" balls with hemp seeds

TOP 10 recipe belongs to delicious vegan "meat" balls with hemp seeds, which are great for lunch or a more festive dinner.

What you will need:

  • 1 cup cooked red lentils, well-drained
  • 1/2 cup cooked chile (quinoa)
  • 3 tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 2 -3 tablespoons shelled hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon oat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of delicatessen yeast
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp black peppercorns
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs

Preparation of vegan balls with hemp seeds:

  • Mix all ingredients except breadcrumbs in a food processor until combined. Don't overdo it with the mixing!
  • Add the breadcrumbs to a shallow bowl. Using a spoon, remove the blended mixture and form it into a ball with your hands. Do not roll the mixture so completely in your hand; just gently shape it.
  • Roll the balls in the breadcrumbs by gently pressing and rolling. With the above quantities, you should make about 14 balls this way (depending on size).
  • You can now fry the balls in a frying pan in olive oil until golden brown. Alternatively, you can bake them in the oven on baking paper at 200°C for 15 minutes. You can serve it as a side dish with spaghetti or any dish you like!
